How does it work?
All our participating companies operate with real-time availability and online booking, guaranteeing high transaction reliability. The reservation and payment are made directly between the travel agency and the supplier company, being a direct transaction between both parties.
The Provincial Council of Badajoz, through the Digital Transformation and Tourism Area, provides this promotional platform to facilitate contact between both sectors, offers advice when necessary and performs the overall monitoring of the collaborations.
Can individuals book through this channel?
No. This channel is reserved exclusively for professional travel agencies. Individuals can book experiences directly through the public portal, but they will not have access to the special conditions and commissions for agencies. The Diputación de Badajoz requires the registration and verification of each agency, and does not accept registrations from individuals or legal entities that are not legally constituted travel agencies.
Contracting conditions
When booking through this platform, the transaction is direct with the company providing the experience. Therefore, only the conditions established by each provider will apply (advance payments, payment methods -TPV, transfer, etc.- and cancellation policies). These conditions may vary depending on the company, so it is essential to review them carefully before confirming any reservation. The Diputación de Badajoz does not intervene in the marketing nor does it establish these conditions.
What do I have to do to start booking as a travel agency?
You only have to register in the platform and accept the collaboration conditions. You will immediately receive the access credentials that will allow you to check availabilities, book experiences and benefit from the corresponding commissions.
