Booking conditions
20% of the total amount of the reservation will be required by POS (credit or debit card) at the time of booking and the rest direct payment on the day of the experience.
Cancellation Conditions
The cancellation of the reservation may result in the refund of part of the money paid, depending on the time at which it occurs:
- Up to 2 weeks before: 75% refund.
- Up to 1 week before: 50% refund.
- During the last 7 days: No refund.
- Partial cancellations (cancellation of any of the contracted places) will not be refunded.
- The client may request a change of date/time in his reservation up to 10 days before the date of the excursion. The change will be subject to availability and will have a cost of 3€ for each of the places of the reservation.
- It is also possible that the person in charge may consider it necessary to cancel the activity or change the route of the tour just before departure or during the tour. In case of interruption of the activity, the reasons and conditions will be studied in order to evaluate the amount to be refunded to the customer.
