Booking conditions
The visit will be confirmed by email. Once confirmed, the booking is made by bank transfer, paying 30% of the total amount. The remainder will be paid on the day of arrival at the accommodation.
Cancellation policy
The amount of this deposit will be refundable if cancellation occurs 14 days prior to the date of the activity.
The organisation reserves the right to cancel the activity or modify the route just before departure or during the activity for reasons beyond the company's control (weather, incidents, etc.).
