As you enter these ancient trails, the forest welcomes you with the deep scent of rockrose, thyme and eucalyptus, enveloping you in a natural symphony where the golden flute of the oriole and the song of the partridge sounds. Among clear secrets, you will discover the living treasure of Azuaga: the wild orchids.
This hiking route through old cattle trails will take you to a eucalyptus grove full of life, where you will become an explorer in search of lost flowers. Maybe you will be the one to discover the species that surprises the forest every year. On your way, you will approach a pond with tortoises and continue to the Gato mine, surrounded by flora and new orchids.
The return will culminate with a prize to match the adventure: the gastronomic experience at La Dehesa restaurant, where each dish exudes calm and the essence of the nature you have just explored. Disconnect to connect! We are waiting for you on the path where nature becomes flavor.

- Guided hiking route with interpretation of the natural heritage: flora, fauna, history of livestock trails and local ecosystems.
- Gastronomic experience "Roots of the Earth", which includes:
o Selection of La Dehesa Iberian pork products.
o Iberian pork cheeks in Extremadura sauce and garnish of the land.
o Dessert "Sweet Spring".
o Bread and two drinks (house wine, beer, soft drinks or mineral water).
