Instructions when buying a gift voucher
Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed during all available dates within this period. After this time, the voucher will have no value and will be cancelled.
Upon purchase you will receive two vouchers, one with the redemption code and the other voucher (without amounts) that you can send as a gift with a personalized dedication to the person of your choice.
Booking conditions
Payment will be made in full by TPV online (credit or debit card) at the time of booking.
Cancellation Conditions
The cancellation of the reservation may involve the refund of part of the money paid, depending on the time at which it occurs:
- Up to 2 weeks before: 100% refund
- Up to 1 week before: 50% refund.
- During the last 7 days: No refund.
- Partial cancellations (cancellation of any of the contracted places) will not be refunded.
- The client may request a change of date/time in their reservation up to 10 days before the date of the activity. The change will be subject to availability.
- It is also possible that the person in charge may consider it necessary to cancel the activity or change the route just before departure or during the activity. In case of interruption of the activity, the reasons and conditions will be studied in order to evaluate the amount to be refunded to the client.
