You will begin your gastronomic journey in the meadow of Azuaga, a unique landscape where the Iberian pig lives in freedom and feeds on the fruits of the earth, the source of its unique flavor.
You will walk among holm oaks and open horizons, discovering how the respectful breeding and care of these animals are part of a tradition that is passed down from generation to generation.
The experience continues in a traditional drying shed, where the art and patience behind each piece is revealed. From acorn-fed ham to cured and cured sausages, you will learn about each stage of the process: salting, resting and the slow curing process that turn Iberian ham into a gastronomic treasure.
The journey culminates with an exquisite tasting, in which each bite is a tribute to the know-how of the pasture. An experience that embraces your senses and connects you with the purest tradition of our land.
